Stock Loan Direct is a referral and partnership platform connecting qualified partners and referral sources with Stone Creek Global, LTD. (SCG), a direct lender. Stock Loan Direct is not a lender and does not make credit decisions, set final loan terms, issue loan commitments, fund loans, or service loans.

Information submitted through this site may be reviewed by Stock Loan Direct for partner eligibility, referral intake, or initial deal routing and may be forwarded to SCG for lender review, underwriting, loan qualification, and referral processing. SCG's review, underwriting, lending decisions, privacy practices, and data handling are governed by SCG's own policies. Submitting information does not guarantee partner acceptance, borrower eligibility, approval, funding, rate, LTV, compensation, or loan terms.

We collect information voluntarily submitted through partner, referral, or inquiry forms, which may include:

• Email
• Phone
• License or registration type, if provided
• Referral volume estimates
• Referral or deal information you choose to submit

We do not intentionally add marketing cookies, behavioral advertising pixels, or third-party analytics to this site. The site may still use technical logs, security features, or platform-level processing provided by Base44 or other service providers necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the website.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect submitted information. Our site is built and hosted using Base44 infrastructure. Base44 states that its platform includes industry-standard encryption, authentication and security controls, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified controls, row-level security features, and GDPR-related data protection practices. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

If a partner portal is provided, partner users should only be able to view deal and funding-status information for deals they submitted or funded. Partners should not have access to company documents, client-submitted documents, document download links, bank information, wire instructions, tax IDs, underwriting notes, internal notes, lender notes, or private admin fields.

We retain submitted information only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate or maintain a partner/referral relationship, respond to inquiries, facilitate communication, support lender review, maintain operational records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
